Mrs. Suella Robinson Woods, daughter of the late John Elbert Robinson and Dollie Rose Robinson, was born January 30, 1925 in Old Town, Tennessee. She departed this life October 26, 2018 at her home in Parrottsville, Tennessee.

Suella was a strong hard working mother who loved her children, grand’s and family. She retired from Quaker Oats, after many years of dedicated service. She was a member of Allens Chapel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son Henry R. Woods; brothers Jennings Sr., Frederick, Richard, John Henry and William; sisters Hazel, Nancy, Ella Kate and Georgia.

She leaves to cherish her memory children Dollie Woods (Fred) Williams, John Elbert (Philippa) Woods, William Starling Woods and Diana Kinard; grandsons James Shawn Lambert and Rodney Phillips; granddaughters Brandi (John) Matson, Ashia (Marquise) Dohawk and Misty Nicole Etheridge; great grandchildren Alexa, Chyna Mona, Jazmyn, Brenni, Cole, Dasha, and Ksenia . Additional survivors include a host of nieces, nephews.

Lay Minister Mike Hannon officiating. Interment will be in the Swagerty- Robinson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jennings Robinson Jr., Charles Hartsell, Shawn Lambert, Eddie Woods, John Matson and George Dawson.
