Ella JACOBS was born in Royalton, Franklin County, Illinois, the daughter of William JACOBS and Nancy Ann COFFEL. She first married Anton HEBERER in April 19, 1908 in Illinois and together they had three known children; Homer George ("Buster"), Edward Virgil ("Chick"), and Thelma ("Teddy"). Her first husband, Anton, was killed September 28, 1918 in a coal mine explosion in Royalton, Illinois.
Ella then married Frank C. WALLASTON, Sr. in ABT 1924. Frank and Ella had one child, Frank WALLASTON, Jr. on March 14, 1925 in St. Louis, Missouri. Ella was divorced to Frank Wallaston, Sr. in the late 1920s, early 1930s. Ella raised her children and later moved in with her daughter Thelma in Louisville, Kentucky where she died in 1966.
