He was called Paw Peep by his grandchildren, not Paw Pete.
He is buried in the paupers section. His exact birth year is unknown. Documentation indicates it to be between 1873-1888. His oldest daughter was born 1897. His mother was born 1850. His oldest wife was born 1858, his youngest wife 1891. He registered for the 1917/1918 draft however no record has been found for the 1942 draft.
He was given his mothers (Sarah Elizabeth Reesanna Peoples) maiden name. DNA indicates Frank descends from the Merritt/Hayes and Reed/Doxey family lines. This is a work in progress.
Frank has two known 1/2 sisters, on his mothers side, confirmed by DNA, Ella Obedience "Birdie" Peoples and John Elizabeth "Bessie" Peoples.
