Linda Mae Atkins Emigh, age 71, died Sunday, November 4, 2018.
Ms. Emigh was born in Guilford County, NC on November 7, 1946, a daughter of the late Haywood Kemp and Lucy Mae Lewis Atkins.
Survivors include one son: Edward Somers (Pamela) of Mount Union, PA., two Daughters; Jennifer Lynn Somers of North Myrtle Beach and Joyce Angela Chilcote (Frank) of Mapleton Depot, PA., eight grandchildren: Amber Nicole Somers (Michael McConnell), Wesley Shane Somers, Joshua Christian Mays, Maelyn Nicole Mays, Jonathan Thomas Holt, Dylan Curtis Holt, Brandon Lee Holt and Bradley Lynn Holt, two great-grandchildren: James Michael McConnell and Thomas Brodie McConnell, one brother: Jerry Wayne Atkins (Carol) of Reidsville, NC, two sisters: Emma Jane Collins (Tom) of Reidsville, NC and Brenda Poetzinger (Jack) of Archdale, NC.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 7th Hillcrest Cemetery, with Rev. Kirby Winstead officiating.
