Born September 29, 1924 in Osceola Mills, PA. She was the daughter of Isaac M. Butler and Robie Woomer of Clearfield, PA.
She moved to Ocala in 1965, she worked as a retail manager for many years and opened her own florist business.
Surviving is her husband of 64 years, George G. Crain of Ocala; beloved mother of daughters Wanita Kring of Gilbertsville, PA., Dianna Sexton of Capron, VA., Janey Jordan of Zebulon, NC., Karen D'Ovidio of Ocala; sons, Larry Crain and Ricky Crain of Ocala; sisters, Rachel Walk, Audrey Butler, Mona Lou Calistro; brother, Robert Butler and her 24 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her sister, Dora J. Butler and brother, Marvin Butler.
Friends will be received on Saturday, September 9, 2006 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME where services will be held at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Richard Bass of Ft. McCoy Church of God officiating.
Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
