ELMO/EAST CARBON- Frank Kukuchka, age 86, passed away November 13, 2018 at the Beehive Home in Elmo.
He was born May 1, 1932 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Mike and Anna Bocek Kukuchka.
Married Constance “Connie” Donahue on September 24, 1955 in Newbrunswick, Canada; she passed away March 31, 2016.
Frank honorably in the US Air Force. He was a member of the Catholic Church. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survived by his children, Mike Kukuchka, West Valley, Kim Ward, Texas, John L. Kukuchka, Chris Kukuchka, both of Salt Lake City; 3 brothers, Eddie Kukuchka, John Kukuchka, William Kukuchka, all of Salt Lake City.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Conne Kukuchka; sons, John Michael and Tim Kukuchka; 6 siblings.
Funeral Mass, Friday, November 16, 2018, 10:00 a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Committal, Cliffview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price
