Glenn was the son of John Edward Ward and Sarah Florence Snowden Ward.

Glenn's Birth Announcement: WARD - At Modesto, December 31, 1892, to the wife of J.E. Ward, a son.

A second announcement: J.E. Ward, cashier of the First National Bank, is the happy father of a bouncing boy.

Glenn's Death Announcements:
1 - WARD - Modesto, March 20, 1893, Glenn, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Ward, aged 2 months and 21 days.

2 - Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Ward were bereaved this morning at 10:30 o'clock by the sudden death of their infant son, Glenn, who died in a spasm. Their many friends sincerely sympathize with them in this their hour of affliction. The funeral will take place on Wednesday next at 2:30 o'clock from the family residence, corner Thirteenth and K streets.

3 - Mrs. I.W. Snowden and daughter, Miss May Snowden, came up from San Jose last evening, having been summoned to attend the funeral of little Glenn Ward.

Glenn is buried next to his older brother Paul Joseph Ward.
