Laneve S. Watkins
MERIDIAN - Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Barham Funeral Home chapel in Meridian for Laneve S. Watkins, 64, of Meridian, who died Nov. 20, 1993, at Jeff Anderson Hospital in Meridian.
The Rev. Tommy Espey will officiate. Interment will be in Meridian Memorial Park.
Mrs. Watkins was a member of Pine Springs Christian Fellowship Church. She retired from F.W. Woolworth. She had been a church pianist at several churches.
Survivors include her husband, Quincey L. Watkins of Meridian; two sons, Larry Watkins of Petal and Michael Watkins of Dallas; four brothers, Kelly Espey, Grover Espey and Pete Espey, all of Meridian, and Dick Espey of Lazergne, Tenn.; three sisters, Grace Edwards of Indianapolis, Minn., Bonnie Kjome of Austin, Minn., and Jerrie Goforth of Meridian; and three grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today at Barham Funeral Home in Meridian, which is in charge of arrangements.
