He was born on May 28, 1923 in Gaston, the son of Ralph and Beatrice (Cary) Driscoll.
Ralph graduated from Muncie Central High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. Ralph was self-employed, he worked as a relator and later as an appraiser.
Survivors include his wife, Anita M. (Wilson) Driscoll; sister, Alberta Ellis; step-daughter, Martell Lewis; and two step-grandchildren, Morgan and Mackenzie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Max Driscoll, Ned Driscoll, and Jerry Driscoll, and his first wife, Mary Driscoll.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018 at Elm Ridge Cemetery with Military Rites by the United States Navy and Veterans of Delaware County.
