She was born Feb. 9, 1947, in Salinas and was one of ten children born to the late Jim and Geneva Johnson and was the beloved wife of James Ardell Reynolds for more than 42 years. Emma Lee was an entrepreneur and owned The Waystation Restaurant in Lockwood California.
Emma Lee was a licensed reverend and a woman of faith. She enjoyed spreading God's word and helping those in need. Emma Lee enjoyed karaoke, dancing, motorcycle rides, and gardening.
Emma Lee was preceded in death by brothers, Terry Miles, Larry Foulks, Cecil Rodman, and sister, Saundra Couch.
Survivors: She is survived by Joe Foulks, David Foulks, Cecilia Neal, Evajo Foster, and Albert Armstrong. She will always be cherished by her husband, James Reynolds; daughters, Cheryl Penrose and husband, Troy, Robin Foster and husband, Michael, and sons, James Reynolds Jr., and Tony Reynolds. She loved her eight grandchildren.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at The First Baptist Church, 450 King St., King City. Friends and family are invited to attend.
