Craig Boardman, 71, of Bryan passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.

Craig was a proud member of the U.S. Marine Corps and the American Legion. Much loved by the community and cherished by his family, Craig was a loving husband, father and doting grandfather. Craig, a lifelong Episcopalian, lived his life as a faithful servant of God.

Survivors include his beloved wife of more than 47 years, Shelton Boardman; son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Kim Boardman; daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Tony Caruso; sisters, Susie Piallat and Katie Guardabassi; grandchildren, Kara, Haleigh, Sofie and Zoe; great-grandchild, Isaiah; and nephew, Christophe.

The family wishes to thank the guardian angels working at St. Joseph Regional Health Center for their superlative care throughout Craig's valiant battle.
