Pearson, age 65, Logansport, passed away at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, in Memorial Hospital.
Born December 21, 1952, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Alan and Edith (Edie) Scagnoli Hildebrandt. They survive, residing in Logansport.
In 1987 Ann married Ben Pearson, who preceded her in death on January 19, 2005.
A 1971 graduate of Logansport High School, Ann earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ball State University. She had been employed in her field as a social worker at Chase Center. She said she was a “born social worker” and enjoyed her employment very much. She also said social work allowed her to “be there for other people”.
She especially enjoyed her family.
Surviving are her children, T. J. Carson (wife Elaine), Liz Carson and Katie Pearson; brother Mark Hildebrandt (wife, Barbara); granddaughter, Jordyn Collins; all of Logansport.
The funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30th, at Kroeger Funeral Home, with Fr. Jeff Martin officiating.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the funeral service also at Kroeger Funeral Home.
