Mauri was a contractor specializing in home remodeling, a Korean War veteran,
a 50 year member of the American Legion, an active member of Saint Rita's Catholic Church, an active boater on the St Croix River for years, an animal and nature lover, a loving husband, father and grandfather, and a dear friend to all that knew him.
