Patricia was born April 11, 1946 in Irvington, New Jersey the daughter of the late Patrick McNeil and the late Josephine Pauline McNeil. In the late 1980's, Patricia moved to Brunswick, Georgia from Florida. It was in Brunswick that she began her career at Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC). While at FLETC, she advanced in her career and retired in July 2016, after 28 years of government service as a Contract Compliance Specialist. She was a very active member of Zion Primitive Baptist Church and enjoyed the Christian fellowship there. Patricia was a fun loving person that was very compassionate toward others. She also loved people of all ages and was an influence to many.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Patrick McNeil and Josephine Pauline Gitch McNeil. Left to cherish her memories are many friends and four special friends, George and Kathleen Maza and Chris and Laura Folsom.

Patricia was a lady of faith and could always be found in the middle of various church functions or events, cooking or helping in some other way. She enjoyed many activities, such as cooking and traveling. Patricia's childhood was spent in the northeastern United States, but she lived in various areas around the United States over the course of her life. She was also an avid reader. Patricia will be missed by all who knew and loved her and she will be remembered with many fond memories which friends will cherish.

A memorial service to honor Patricia's life will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Brunswick, Georgia with Elder Chris Folsom officiating.

Sister Pat was a true joy to all who knew her. She cared about her church and her church family, making sure special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries were never forgotten. She loved with a heart as big as heaven above. I know she is now rejoicing with our Lord with all of the worldly pain and worries gone. You will always be remembered and missed terribly.
