HUGHES SPRINGS - Graveside services for Albert L. Ayers, 78, of Hughes Springs, will be at 2 p.m. today, May 24, 2007, at Hughes Springs Cemetery, with the Rev. Bryan Peck and the Rev. Larry Neeley officiating. Arrangements are by Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. Mr. Ayers died May 21, 2007, at his residence.
Born November 26, 1928, in Spur, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served during World War II and Korean War, pipe fitter and a Methodist.
Survivors include his daughters, Ann Fleenor and Barbara Davis; and sister, Cap Hall.
