William E. Blake, a young man of about 23 years of age, died at his home on West Canal street Tuesday, at about the hour of noon. He had been in the employ of the Pan Handle road as a brakeman, and was a young man of steady and industrious habits. His trouble was dropsy of the heart. His funeral will be held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, from the Wheatland street M. E. Church, Rev. C. P. Wright conducting the funeral services.
