Connor Wright Patman, age 98, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, December 10, 2018 in a local hospice facility. He was born March 24, 1920 in Linden, Texas.
He was an Attorney and Real Estate Developer, member of the First United Methodist Church, Arkansas, veteran of the U.S. Army having served during WW II, past member of the Wadley Regional Medical Center Board of Directors, member of the Foundation Board at Texarkana College, past member of the Board of Directors at Texarkana National Bank and a member of numerous other Boards and organizations.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Patman and by one grandson, Connor Wright Patman III
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Alan Schimming; one son and daughter-in-law, Connor W. Patman, Jr. and Mary Beth Patman; three grandchildren, Jeff Patman and wife Shelly, Meredith Ledwell, Sarah York and husband Tom; five great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church, Arkansas with the Rev. Jaimie Alexander officiating. Private Burial will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
