Doyle Edwin Grubaugh, 69, of Pittsburg, Texas was born October 12, 1949 in Jefferson, Texas to Henry Nathan Grubaugh and Elsie Rebecca Greeney Grubaugh and passed away at his home in Pittsburg on December 10, 2018.
He was a teacher and a coach for many years in Pittsburg, Clarksville, and Troup, member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pittsburg, and served in the Army.
He is survived by his wife, Kris Goswick Grubaugh of Pittsburg; son and his wife, David and Kristin Grubaugh of Riviera; daughter, Angel Grubaugh of Pittsburg; son, Doyle Edwin Grubaugh II of Kansas City, Kansas; daughter Rebekah Hansen of Kansas City, Kansas; brother, Tony Rand Grubaugh of Dallas; 6 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation and viewing will be held between 5:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg. There are no other services scheduled.
Doyle was cremated and his ashed given to his family. His ashes will likely be interred with those of his wife when she finally passes.
