Frank "Pappa" was born to Frank and Phylis (Torrescano) in San Diego. He joined the Navy in 1943. He joined when he was 16, but they found out and made him leave and when he turned 18, he rejoined. After, he left the Navy, he married Barbara (Bobby) Ginther, in Los Angeles. They had two children Cindy and Frankie (3rd). They separated. Pappa worked for Fortier Transportation (Fresno), then Ringsby Truck Company (City of Commerce), Blake, Moffitt & Towne (City of Commerce) and last, Market Wholesale in Fresno. He met Bernice LeRoy and they were married in 1990. Pappa lost his love Bernice in July of 2018. All he wanted was to be with his Momma. Pappa follows his parents, his sister Beatrice and Son-in-law Ron Mozingo. He is survived by his daughter Cindy Mozingo and his son Frankie, his wife Debbie, his sister Esther and 4 grandchildren.
