Mary Edith Greer, age 99, of Harriman, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at Signature Healthcare of Rockwood.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel W. Greer; son, David Lynn Greer; parents, Cleveland and Ida Belle Marney; sisters, Hazel Brown, Jesse Poland, Mattie Birchfield, Bessie Hicks, Sally Lucille Marney, and Dorothy Black; brother, Bob Marney; and grandson, Nelson Greer.
Mary is survived by her son, Danny Nelson Greer; grandson, Rodney Greer; great grandchildren, Kayla and Tiffany Greer; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 16, 2018, from 1:30-2:30 p.m.; funeral services will immediately follow with Charles Kelly officiating. Interment will be held in Roane Memorial Gardens.
