MR. MILTON ANDREWS

ANDREWS, MR. MILTON age 87, of Birmingham died Wednesday, August 10, 1994. Mr. Andrews was the Chairman of the Board for Bank For Savings, a member of Highlands United Methodist Church and head of the War Bond Drive in 1945. He was one of the founders and past president of The Club, one of the founders and past president of the Vestavia Country Club, and was a member of Governor Wallace's Cabinet as Chairman of the ABC Board. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 13, 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood. Survivors: son, Mr. John Andrews, Sr. of Orange Beach, Ala.; sister, Mrs. Annie Mae Jacobs of Birmingham; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association. Ridout's Valley Chapel directing.
