Mr. Hobbs was born and had lived most of his life in Dodge County. He was the son of the late David L. and Mollie Elizabeth Bryant Hobbs and was preceded in death by his sisters, Emma Lou Hobbs Smith and Carrie Hobbs and his brothers, Clinton Hobbs, Charlie Hobbs and Glennie Hobbs. Mr. J.B. was retired from Robins Air Force Base and a US Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
The family is at 168 Paula Drive and will greet friends from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service Tuesday at Macedonia Baptist Church.
