Graveside services for Ada Lou McSpadden, age 84, of Dike will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Connor Cemetery with Bro. Brandon Shurtilif officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Ada passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs. Ada was born on May 14, 1934 in Collidge, AZ, the daughter of William Freeman Jordan and Lou Ella Cunningham Jordan. She married Tony Spaden on December 11, 1940 in Rockwall Maryland and he survives. Ada was a homemaker a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her husband Tony she is survived by her son Anthony McSpadden, daughter, Shavella Wood, brothers, William W. Jordan and wife Annie, Sisters, Sue I. Turner and Barbara Stephens, grandchildren, Mark and Alina McSpadden along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Lottie and Della and brother, George and grandson Adrian Allen Wood.
