Lady Charlotte Cassandra Hawkins was the wife of Sir John Caesar Hawkins, the third baronet of Kelston. They were married in August 1804. She was the eldest daughter of William Surtees.

NOTE: She seems to be wrongly referred to as Dame Charlotte on the wall tablet in her cenotaph profile.
