Mr. Frank Lee Chrisco, 76, of Halls Mountain Lane, Boomer, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in Bradenton, FL.

Mr. Chrisco was born January 18, 1938 in Alamance County to the late Edward Franklin Chrisco and Agnes McPherson Chrisco.

Mr. Chrisco was a self-employed photographer and was of the Baptist faith. He loved golf and many other sports. He also loved reading his Bible and especially loved his dog “Daisy.”

Including his parents, he was preceded in death by: a step-daughter, Debra Smith; a step-son, Perry Whittington; two brothers, Jimmy Chrisco and his twin brother at birth.

Those left to cherish his memory include: his wife, Maggie Hall Chrisco of the home; a daughter, Melinda Fargis of Burlington; a step-daughter, Lisa D. Wentworth of Raleigh; a son, David Chrisco of Chattanooga, TN; two step-sons, David Smith of Havelock, NC and George Wentworth of El Dorado, CA; a brother, Ty Chrisco of Winston-Salem; seven grandchildren and of those which include: Trey Fargis and Samuel Cody Wentworth who was like a son.

Funeral service will be conducted 12 noon Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Goshen Baptist Church in Wilkesboro. The Revs. Brian Miller and Gerald Chrisco will officiate. Burial will follow in the Estes-Franklin Cemetery in Collettsville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
