MARLATT HUGH FISHWICK
Age 93, of Falmouth, MA, died November 22, 2018 at the Heritage of Falmouth. He was the loving husband of the late Jean Allison Marlatt for 62 years. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Mayme (Guthrie) and Frank Marlatt.

Hugh earned a degree in business there and owned/operated a Texaco auto repair garage in West Mifflin, PA for 45 years. He was an ArmyVeteran of WWIIand a proud member of the Pittsburgh Masonic Lodge and Hays Methodist Church. He and his wife retired to Englewood, Florida in 1987. Hugh was known for his extreme generosity to all he knew, including family, friends and business associates. He was a season ticket holder of his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers, enjoyed Iron City Beer and a good cigar, A game of cards with his wife and family after a good Saturday night dinner t was a weekly event. He loved all dogs, no matter the breed.

He is survived by his daughter, Susan Marlatt and wife Christine Waters of West Falmouth; also survived by a brother, Fred Marlatt; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Frank A. Marlatt in 1991; and four brothers, Charles, Bruce, Wayne, and Edward; and four sisters, Helen, Verna, Alice, and Miriam.

Services will be private.
