Peacefully and on his own terms, Allan Borden died Thursday, October 25, 2018, at his home in Callander, surrounded by family. He was in his 68th year. He was the beloved husband of Judith Ann “Judy” (Barr) of Callander and much-loved father of Robson Bowman (Magaly) of Colombia, the late Keven Borden (1978-2001), Janda Tuplin (Luke) of Stittsville and Laurie Clouthier (Dave) of Callander. Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren: Wesley, Rae, Samantha, Lane, Brock, Alison and Borden. Allan was the dear brother of Carolyn Fremlin (Brian) of Sault Ste. Marie and was predeceased by his brothers Earl, Don and Gerry Borden.
