WHITLEY CITY — Grace Lee Taylor, age 87 years, of Louisville, Kentucky died March 4, 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky at The Forum at Brookside. Funeral services were held Saturday March 9, 2013 at 11am with Rev. Rufus Hughes and Rev. Stanley Taylor officiating. Burial was in the McCreary Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Ritner, Kentucky on April 5, 1925 the daughter of the late John Isaac and Laura Mae (Jones) Abbott. She was a homemaker and member of the Sandhill United Baptist Church.
Her parents, husband, Howard Bennie Taylor, brother, Dr. OJ Abbott, and sisters, Bertha Ball, Anna Belle Vanover, and Golda Davis precede her in death.
Survivors include her son, Ben Taylor and wife, Linda of Shelbyville, Kentucky; daughter Donna Carolyn Pusateri, and husband, Anthony of Elk Gorve, Illinois; brother, Noel Abbott of Louisville, Kentucky; and sisters, Easter Adkins of New Richmond, Ohio, Glendola Morgan of Newport Beach, Virginia, and Elvena Kidd of Stearns, Kentucky. Grandchildren, DeRima Lyn Stelck and husband, Russell, Sean Isaac Taylor and wife, Natalie, Steven Pusateri, and Vincent Pusateri and wife, Jaime and great grandchildren, Devon Pusateri, Brendon Pusateri, Jack Pusateri, Justin taylor, Kayden Stelck, Savannah Stelck, Abigail Stelck, Johnathan Pusateri, and Vivian Pusateri also survive.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
