JAMES C. MITCHELL OF CHARLESTON DIES Special to The Journal-Gazettte Charleston, 1L., Dec. 17. James C. Mitchell, a retired farmer, died Friday evening at his home in this city, following an illness of two years.

He was 63 years old. The funeral will be held Sunday. Surviving in addition to his wife are six children, two grandchildren. brother and two sisters..
