Abygayle N. Adelmann, Age 24, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Rideout Memorial Hospital, Marysville, CA., surrounded by her loving family. Born in Joliet, a Lockport resident most of her life and resided in Roselle before moving to Yuba City, CA. She received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from North Eastern University, Chicago and a 2012 graduate of Lockport Township High School. Abygayle had a passion in life to be surrounded by children and thoroughly enjoyed working with them; she was a child care worker at Jami’s Playschool, Teachers Aide at Charis Youth Center, former Mentor at Warren Township Teen Center and was a Nanny. She loved the outdoors especially in CA., enjoyed painting and absolutely adored her dog Cali.

Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Joyce and Lindy Elrod and one uncle, Lenny Adelmann. Survived by her devoted father, Bruce (Aline) Adelmann of Roselle, formerly of Lockport; mother, LaDonna (Teron Phillips) Adelmann of TX.; faithful boyfriend, Daniel Hardin; cherished siblings, Bronsyn and Bruce Adelmann, Destin Phillips, Christian Adelmann, Gesus Phillips, Ryan Tintera and Kyle Tintera; paternal grandparents, Leonard and Donna (Kuna) Adelmann; aunts and uncles, Mark (Caroline) Adelmann , Kevin (Kathy) Adelmann, Dawn (Jim) Wrobel, Curt (Sharon) Adelmann and Shane Elrod. Numerous adored cousins and friends also survive.

Abygayle will Lie in State, Friday, November 30, 2018 from 9:00 am until time of funeral service at 10:00 am at the Parker Road Bible Church, 18512 Parker Road, Mokena, IL 60448. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the O’Neil Funeral Home, 1105 E. 9th St. (159th St.), Lockport.
