He is preceded in death by his son, Clinton Gognat; and parents, Frank Gognat, Jr. and Margaret L. (Broughton) Gognat.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of nearly 36 years; Brenda Kay Gognat; Son, Michael Gognat (Stephanie); Sister, Linda Spalding; Grandchildren, Lexie, Emma, Brycen, Andrew, & Ezra.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 11, 2019 . His Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
