Mrs. Clara Jean Randall Peeples, 82, of Royston, GA passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, GA.
Mrs. Peeples was born on May 23, 1936, in Royston, GA, daughter of the late Dewey Randall and the late Gertrude Haley Randall. She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Sue Carey.
Survivors include her husband, John Mack Peeples; sons and daughters-in-law, Kyle and Marla Peeples, Jonathan and Nancy Peeples, both of Bowman, GA; sisters, Revonda Strickland of Royston, GA, Kay Sanford and Joan Randall, both of Hartwell, GA; grandchildren, Makayla (Kolin) Pulliam, Weston Peeples, Haley (Austin) Brick and Mack (Addison) Peeples.
Funeral services for Mrs. Peeples will be held at Liberty Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Souderes, Rev. Jim McCollough and Mr. Jonathan Peeples officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday evening. The family is at the home.
