Husband of Mary Hanson Addison.

Father of Emma, Charles Arthur (Emmett) and Nancy.

The marriage records suggests that they married after the birth of their two first two children, Emma (1876-1934), Charles Arthur (1878-1960), and Nancy (1889-?)

Internet sources revealed that Emma married Frank W. Stiles in 1898 (he died in Spokane, WA 1917, he was buried in Michigan); Emma died in the Seattle area of Washington state in 1934.

Charles appears to have left home before the 1900 census, assumed the surname "Emmett". Only to re-assume the Addison name for a short time in the 1940's in Cleveland, OH.

Nancy was informat on her father's Death Certificate and was found in Manistee in the 1920 census and in several city directories - nothing after 1920. She stayed in the family home at 312 2nd St and was listed as a cutter in a undergarment factory. The 1930 census had a different family living at 312 2nd.
