Mrs. Sibyl Blackwell age 100 of Rainsville, AL passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2PM at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. David Hairston officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Rainsville Funeral Home, Inc. directing, www.rainsvillefuneralhome.com.
