ANDERSON, ALLEN W.
2807 Oregon St.
Age 93 years. Passed away Wednesday evening, Dec. 22, 1976 at his home. Mr. Anderson was born in Millville, Minn. of June 20, 1883 but had lived in Racine for the past 47 years. In Minnesota in October of 1905 he married the former Catherine Schlink. Mr. Anderson worked for the J.I. Case Co. for over 20 years. He was a member of the First Evangelical Free Church and the J.I. Case 20 Year Club. Surviving are his wife, Catherine; one daughter and son-in-law, Eleanor and Edward Took; two sons, James and LeRoy, all of Racine: three grandsons and several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by a son, Maynard, in 1959 and a daughter, Dorothy, in 1938. Funeral services will be held in the First Evangelical Free Church, 2401 Ohio Street, Monday, December 27, 1976 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Leander Fast officiating. Interment will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 1139 Blaine Ave., Sunday evening after 6 p.m. and at church on Monday from noon until time of services. Memorials to the First Evangelical Free Church have been suggested.
