Krystal Renee (McClanahan) Harding, 35, of Bloomington passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 due to illness.
Krystal was born May 4, 1983 in Bloomington to Vernard W. "Mac" McClanahan III and Kim (Sexton) McClanahan.
Survivors include her husband of 19 years, John Harding, children, Eugina, Clayton, Alivia, Alexis, Mackenzie, Coleton, Cody, and Camden, seven step-children, many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, mother, Kim McClanahan, brothers, Terry McClanahan (Cheri), Daniel McClanahan (Carrie), and Matthew McClanahan (Heather), grandmother, Nora McClanahan many aunts, uncles, and cousins, three brothers-in-law, Paul Harding (Deanna Davenport), Ed Harding (Deb), Ray Harding (Rebecca) and sister-in-law, Brenda Lynn (Dwayne).
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leonard and Pauline Fleener, grandfather, Vernard W. McClanahan II, father, Vernard W. "Mac" McClanahan III, cousins, John Wayne Sexton, and Frank "Butch" Deckard, grandson, Kyle Moore, and father and mother-in-law, Paul and Laura Harding.
Krystal loved dolphins and enjoyed watching them.
Her dream was to one day be a nurse and open a homeless shelter. She loved working with children and she was a teacher's aide and worked for SCCAP as a bus driver.
Visitation will be 4-8pm Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be 11am Thursday at The Funeral Chapel with Pastor Tracy Noel officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
