Florence Winnie Howell Dixon, the daughter of the late Howard Howell Sr. and the late Florence Gabourel Howell was born on August 29, 1933 in Utila Islands, Honduras.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Selvin Herman Dixon and her son, Edward Herman Dixon, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Dixon Sr. (Judy) and daughter, Debra Dixon Ritter (Ron), grandchildren, Jerry Dixon Jr. (April) and Edward Dixon Jr.
She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Nathaniel Dixon, Naomi Dixon and Rachel Dixon.
Florence is now at peace in the arms of her loving God and Father and will be interned at All Saints Mausoleum.
