Evelyn R. Marsteller, 85 years of age and resident of Macungie, formerly of Florida, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning January 30, 2019. She was the wife of Edwin H. Marsteller for over 63 years at the time of his passing in 2017. They are members of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church. Born in Allentown to the late Aaron D. and Clara (Berky) Carl, Sr., she was a graduate of Allentown High School, and was a self employed dog groomer for many years.
She is survived by son Craig and wife Jean, son Douglas, granddaughter Brooke Kramer and husband Greg, granddaughter Ashleigh Beck and husband Jason; sisters Jean Moyer and Joan Eisenhard; she was predeceased by her daughter Carol many years ago.
Services will be Monday February 4, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Gilbert Funeral Home, 444 Pershing Blvd Whitehall, PA 18052, with Rev. James W. Schlegel officiating, where her viewing will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Jerusalem Western Salisbury Cemetery 3441 Devonshire Road Allentown, Pennsylvania 18104
