Earl Edward Dutton, 76 years of age, passed from this life Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Republic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Republic, Missouri.

He was born on December 21, 1942, in Springfield, Missouri to Earl and Evelyn Dutton.

On October 27, 1963, Earl married the love of his life, Sue Thomson. Together, they spent many years of love, laughter, and memories.

He enjoyed working on cars, watching his children and grandchildren play sports, and he enjoyed being the “candy man” at those sporting events.

He is survived by his wife, Sue; their two children: Tammy (Greg) Waters, and Earl (Melissa) Dutton; his sister, Diana (Kent) Taylor; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents.

He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Memorial Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home from 6pm-8pm.

Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at 10:00am, at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in Republic, Missouri,
