Her Marriage Certificate stated that Miss Phoebe O. Dickey married Charles E. Kearns on January 28, 1875. (The middle initial for Charles was listed twice as an "E" and once as a "D".)

Research shows she had two children:
Mamie (Mayme) Kearns (1875-1963); married Victor King on 10 Feb 1901, Brown, Ohio
George F. Kearns (1878-1927) Buried in Bethel Cemetery
