KILLBUCK - Clarence D. Mohler, aged 92, of Killbuck, Ohio passed away Monday morning, February 11, 2019 at the Holmes County Home, Holmesville, Ohio following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Killbuck Church of Christ with Gary Cotto officiating. Burial will be in Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck, Ohio with military rights being conducted by the Killbuck VFW. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Holmes County Home.

Clarence was born January 31, 1927, in Millersburg, Ohio and was the son of Alva G. and Ruth (Barnes) Mohler. On June 29, 1950, he married Dorothy Moore she preceded him in death on December 10, 2010.

Clarence was a truck driver for 63 years and a farmer his whole life. He was a member of the Killbuck Church of Christ where he was a Deacon and an Elder. Clarence was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army. He was a lifetime member of the Killbuck VFW. Clarence enjoyed gardening and farming.

He is survived by two sons, Terry (Deb) Mohler of Crossville, Tennessee and Kevin Mohler of Millersburg, Ohio; two grandchildren, Rachel Mohler of Las Vegas, Nevada and Ryan (Misti) Mohler of Killbuck, Ohio; a sister, Faye Donnley of the Holmes County Home; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, Floyd Mohler, Alva Mohler Jr., and Larry Mohler.
