Roy “RC” Reynolds Coble, age 87, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 10, 2019. He was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on November 17, 1931 to Altha Autry Coble and James William Coble.

His main enjoyment in life was spending time with his beautiful wife of 64 years and diligently working to provide for his family. He was a generous man who truly enjoyed helping those in need and assisting members of the community. RC also proudly served his country as a member of the US Army during the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Alice Coble; his sisters, Pauline Coble Sims and Christine Coble Scott, and his brothers Gerald, Edward, Joe, Arvelle, and Russell Coble.

In addition, RC is survived by his children, Keith Coble, Kayla Cooper (and husband, John), Kelly Melancon, and Kim Muldrow (and husband, Andy); his sisters, Lucille Coble Fort, Jennene Coble Gregory and his brother, Elvis Coble; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Cooper, Cory Cooper, Josh Gorbutt, Shawn Medlin, Travis Melancon, and Drew Muldrow.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. in Highlands, on Wednesday evening February 13, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home on Thursday morning February 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
