MURRAY-- Florence Vera Chisholm Garrett Hardman, age 76, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, died February 18, 1994 at her home.
She was born March 30, 1917 in Salt Lake City to Albert Edward and Lovina Fitzgerald Chisholm. Married David Raymond Garrett December 6, 1940 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, he died March 23, 1947. Married James Ralph Hardman Sr. July 5, 1952 in Salt Lake City, he died January 6, 1966.
She was an active member of the LDS Church, served in the Jr. Sunday School, ward and Stake Primary, Relief Society and name extraction. Enjoyed working in her garden and yard. She was a compassionate support to all in need.
Survivors; three sons and three daughters: Jim and wife ReVae of Midvale; Neil and wife Sharon of West Valley City, Arland of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Verae Pritchett (Frank) of Panama City, Florida; Shirley Rizzuto (Steven) Sandy; Marie Kirton (John) Salt Lake City; 25 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Ralph V. Chisholm.
Preceded in death by her parents; brother and a sister.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday Feb. 23, 1994 at 12:00 noon, Little Cottonwood 8th Ward, 6180 South 855 East. Friends may call at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, Tuesday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wed. at the church 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
