Sandie was a graduate of Ben Lomond High School and Weber State College (now University), earning her degree in Education. While in college, she met her sweetheart, Bruce. They were married for 52 years.
Sandie was a teacher, first in Texas, then, for many years, in Auburn, Washington. She was an active member of the LDS Church, and served many callings. Her greatest joy, however, was her family. She loved the closeness she shared with her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
At the time of her passing, Sandra was survived by her husband, three children, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, as well as three siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Kim and Richard Chapman.
