She was born in New England, a daughter of the late William G. and Ida May Wigal Moore. She was a long member of Bethany Christian Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Marian Randolph of Route 3, Washington; two sisters, Carrie Hofmann and Ada Bloomer, both of Route 3, Washington; and several Nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin E. Burd; four brothers and three sisters.
Services 1 p.m. Thursday, Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, Burial Sunset Memory Gardens.
