Houston-Wanda F. Skinner Brown Gann,77, passed away Friday, March 01, 2019 at her home. She was born September 21, 1941 in Louisiana to the late Murice Skinner and Minnie Skinner. She was a retired Clinical Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of New Parkersburg Baptist Church.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Houston with Bro. Sammy Hardin and Rev. Debra Dunkak officiating. Burial will be in Chickasaw Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Houston. Memorial Funeral Home of Houston is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her daughter, Suwana Jackson (Ricky Joe) of Wren; two sons, Rodney Brown (Dorothy) of Houston, Billy Lane Brown (Dawn) of Lititz, PA; two sisters, Joyce Brazzel of Simsboro, LA, and Gloris Thomas of Houston, TX; three step-daughters, Kay Baker, Diane LeBlanc, Robin Sedatol; one step-son, Kenneth Gann.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Murice Skinner and Minnie Skinner; husband, Billy E. Brown; husband, Kenneth Gann; a grandson, Brandon Brown.

Pallbearers will be Damien Jackson, Shane Jackson, Jared McBrayer, Bradley Brown, John Kitchens and Mike DeJesus.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
