'Eddie' Young Passes As Result Of Stroke
Edward Farley (Eddie) Young. who for many years had frequented the courthouse and the downtown section of Lexington, died at 9:30 o'clock this morning at his home, 120 East Third street, as the result of a stroke suffered Saturday.
A native of Lexington, he was a son of the. late Edwin John and Susan Van Pelt Young, and was a member of Central Christian church. Survivors include a brother, George H. Young. and two sisters, Miss Mary E. Young and Miss Emily K. Young, all of Lexington, and two nieces, Mrs. George Herring, Georgetown, and Mrs. J.E. King, Danville, Ill, The body was removed to the. W. R. Milward mortuary chapel.
