Carol B. (Watts) Dube, 75, of Worcester a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend passed away unexpectedly Thursday October 24, 2013. Carol was born in Worcester; her parents were the late Matthew and Josephine (Sakalauskas) Watts.

She grew up in Worcester and graduated from Commerce High School in 1956. Carol then met and married the man who became her devoted husband and love of her life for the next 53 years, Gerald R. Dube. Together they then settled in the Quinsigamond Village section of Worcester to raise their family and have lived there ever since.

Carol was a simple woman, who devoted her entire life to family and caring for them. She cherished cooking, baking, the yearly family vacations at Hampton Beach, and making crafts especially her custom blankets for everyone. When the grandchildren came along, nothing made Carol more proud then to see them, babysit and have the entire family together for the holidays, dinners and special occasions. A devoted catholic Carol could regularly be seen at mass in St Catherine of Sweden Church, and then St John's Church. Carol faced many challenges in her life, especially breast cancer that she faced head on and overcame becoming a "Breast Cancer Survivor".

Carol leaves behind the family she so dearly loved and whom loved her as much; Her husband Gerald: two children; a brother and a sister.

Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery.
