Funeral services were held at the Woodson Church of Christ officiated by Gaines Stanley, minister.
Biggs died from internal injuries suffered when the loaded cattle truck which he was driving hit a bridge abutment.
Survived by his father, W.B. Biggs, Sr.; two brothers - Wayland of Bryson and Harris of Weatherford; two sisters - Melba Biggs Todaro of Houston and Cora Biggs Lynn of San Antonio.
