Martin Baird, a well known farmer, died at his home in Blair township, above Gaysport, on Saturday afternoon of Bright's disease. The deceased was 74 years old and is survived by twelve children, viz: Vance, Aden, Samuel and Kellerman, of Altoona; Calvin and James, at home; Mrs John Strong, of Juniata; Mrs. Harry Newman, of Harrisburg, Mrs. Frank Marble, of Altoona; Mrs. Katharine Delozier, of Gaysport, and Misses Annie and Vicie, at home. The deceased also leaves two sisters. The funeral services will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery.
